Welcome to The Moonlight Collective! We are excited for you to be a part of the Moonlight Community and we want to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please review our community policy carefully:

Respect

  • Treat all Moonlight community members with respect.

  • Respect your Host’s space and Guide’s equipment and belongings.

  • Follow all instructions given by Guide and Host.

Conduct

  • Do not bring dangerous or illegal items onto Moonlight premises.

  • Do not litter or leave personal belongings behind.

Safety

  • Be aware of your surroundings and take precautions to avoid accidents and injuries.

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the experiences you are participating in.

  • Follow all safety instructions given by the Guide and Host.

Consequences of Policy Violations

  • Moonlight community member who violate any of the policies outlined above may be asked to leave the premises immediately.

  • Moonlight reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

  • Moonlight is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that may occur during experiences.

Additional Notes

  • Please inform Moonlight of any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled experiences.

  • Please email us with feedback about your experience to help us improve our services.

Payment Policy

We process payment through Stripe.

Payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Refunds

  • Please refer to our cancellation policy for information on refunds.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel your reservation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start time of the experience will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days prior to the scheduled start time of the experience will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the scheduled start time of the experience will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled experience due to a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we may be able to provide you with a full refund in Moonlight credit. Please contact us at hello@themoonlightcollective.com.

In the event that your Moonlight Guide cancels an experience due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all registrants and offer a full refund.
