In the spring of 2020, while sitting in the backyard with my 3-month-old, I began to reminisce about what felt like a lifetime ago when I had my schedule filled to the brim with work, hobbies, events, and travels - to now, during my maternity leave, with nothing on my calendar, dreaming of what the future holds.
